Kyle Tran Myhre Performance

Kyle Tran Myhre (Guante) is a poet and activist. In spring of 2025 he visited the University of Wyoming to help with the Violence Prevention's Denim Day fundraiser. When I began designing marketing for this event I was given one direction "Make him look like a rock star". Following this direction and taking inspiration from Myhre's book and zines I utilized grunge ascetics such as dirt texture and ripped paper effects. I also utilized a typeface I created myself for an undergrad project.
